christmas time.

Here in Colorado. It's crazy cold. Missing California like crazy.
Well since I've been behind on here, I'm going to try and catch up.
Here are photos from a couple of weeks ago from when My mom came to visit. We had lunch with the Phillips and had quite a fabulous time.
Mom teaching Evey the goodness of a cup of Joe.

The smell and taste is esquisite.

"I want to smell."

Being weird, climbing all over daddy.

Back to smelling the coffee.

Showing us her festive toys.

She did not want to keep that Santa hat on for me.

In the end, hugs for Little D.

for fun.

Yesterday (I need to update my blog on the actual day, but whatever) I got take photos of my "newer" friend Angelica and my "newest" friend Kate. They wanted to go to the lake and take them, even though it was below zero, but whatever floats your boat (I still had a great time without feeling my phalanges).
I am so blessed to have beautiful subjects.

It was actually Kate's idea to go out to the lake, she's a photopgrapher and she wanted to get some shots of Angelica.

Despite Kate and I being new friends, we are now new enemies: she owns a Canon. I will be forever loyal to my Nikon.

So, I stole her shot.

But, I'll hand it to her, she's pretty darn good.

Cold and tired, but it was a fun little afternoon.

grateful for little girls.

Thanksgiving is coming.
And I am ever so grateful.
Today, I get to shoot a wedding for fun, I'm terrified, but excited.

However, that is not what my blog is about today.
I need to update and upload more Evey pictures, for all her fans.
Because she is what I'm grateful for today.
Thanks for letting me blog a few hours of your life Evey, love you!

Drawing a nice picture.

Artist at work, do not bother.

This is how she watches TV apparently; with a pacifier holding onto your thumb. BEWARE.

Got carried away with juicy editing.

"This is daddy's."

"See my fingers Julia?"

Play-Doh!!

Squeeze the play doh!

It's got a salty taste, doesn't it? Dork.

novembeard.

This morning I finally got to take some pictures and hang out with my good friend Melanie. She totally inspires me to keep going with my photography. We took a little bike ride out to the country and stopped at these railroad tracks. Made for a great place to take photos.
